He was never seen completely in the anime. He wears the standard teal Zogilia pilot outfit.
Plot[]
Mihailov first appears in episode 2, fighting the Alliance Valiancer unit. When Luxon is spotted, Bizon sends Mihailov to capture it. Instead Aoba and Dio commence a coupling, and Aoba counters, kicking him away. A fight ensues, and using his new piloting knowledge, Aoba is able to damage Mihailov's Valiancer, much to Dio's surprise.
